Founded in 1982, its collaborative studios combine professionals from all architectural disciplines to work on higher education, community, life science, workplace, lifestyle and cultural projects. To date, RATIO has completed work in more than 41 states in the U.S. and 15 counties around the world. The design firm has managed and completed a variety of projects with more than 78 higher education institutions as well as several other high-profile projects in recent years, including the Samsung HQ in Beijing, Four Points by Sheraton in Seoul, Montana State University Renne Library MP, Indiana State Museum, The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, President Benjamin Harrison Home, Purdue University Neil Armstrong Hall of Engineering, SLU Academic Technology Commons, and the Big Ten Headquarters and conference center.

Granite was established in February 2008 with the goal of optimizing the student housing market in West Lafayette, Indiana. We started with 13 properties on 1 campus with 4 staff members. Today, we manage over 400 student and market-rate properties across multiple states, campuses, and cities including our recent expansion to Muncie, IN, with a staff of over 75 people.
